About Xtakes Marketplace

Xtakes Marketplace is the system that Xtakes partners use to display their own products on xtakes.se (and all xtakes subdomains). This can be seen together with the products sold directly by Xtakes. Customers can order both Xtakes products and products from offers from all Xtakes partners at the same time.

All partners included in the Marketplace system have been carefully selected and are constantly evaluated and monitored so that we can ensure the quality standards that customers expect. 

Each product on Xtakes.eu (and all subdomains) has one of these labels:
1. The product is sold and delivered by Xtakes: The product is sold directly by the company that owns Xtakes, X Solutions HB, and is accompanied by the services developed by Xtakes.
2. The product is sold and delivered by Xtakes partners or an independent company qualified in the Xtakes Marketplace system after Xtakes has analyzed the quality of the services and products offered by Xtakes partners. When you order such a product, we send your order to our partner and the partner will deliver it to you together with all legal documents.

Trading terms, delivery fees, return policy and fees as well as product guarantees may be different for each partner; these are displayed on the page dedicated to the Xtakes partner. Nor are they the ones that come with products sold directly by Xtakes. We take care of the entire shopping experience, from tipping about products to purchase and delivery, including returns if needed. 

You always know the status of your orders with an Xtakes account.

You reduce the time required every time you order. 

You have permanent access to your order history and you have a register of purchases made on Xtakes.

You can create special lists of the products you want to buy.

You are always up to date with the latest promotions and you get tailor-made offers.

You can leave comments and reviews about the purchased products that you have ordered. 

The Xtakes Marketplace system is available to any retailer who can offer a consistent range of products from at least one retail category, has the experience and resources to quickly deliver customer orders and provide customer service. They must have the capacity to cover the entire territory of The European community.

If you want to become a partner in the Xtakes Marketplace platform, register as a seller and see more  here . After evaluating and validating the profile, and as soon as the sale of your products on the Xtakes Marketplace is possible, ie approved, we will contact you to compile the details of the collaboration. 

Shopping at Xtakes

To be able to order products sold by Xtakes and Xtakes Marketplace partners, it is recommended to create a customer account.

The online ordering process is standard: once you have found a desired product, click on the “Add to cart” button. When you add products to the cart, you are automatically redirected to the shopping cart page, where you can view the list of products, update the quantity or delete one or all selected products. To add more products to your shopping cart, you can return to the store.

In the shopping cart you can buy products from Xtakes, as well as from partners on Xtakes Marketplace. These are grouped according to what they sell. Under each product group you will find prices and shipping prices, as well as any discounts. The total price includes VAT. 

Yes, you can easily do that. Press the red cross next to the product or products to remove it.

No, unfortunately it is not possible. Therefore, we ask you to carefully think through what you want to order. Please note that you can always return the product within 14 days, but then you pay for the shipping.

If you have registered as a customer with us, you can save products on your wish list. This only applies if you have added it.

Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Please note that shipping for different products may vary, but you can see this in your shopping cart when you pay.

Yes, everything is encrypted with the highest level of security. When you order from us, you provide your personal information and at the same time approve that we save and use this to be able to carry out your order. We also document certain communication that we have with you in order to provide you with the best service when we follow up orders.

Delivery

We will email you an order confirmation with order number and information about what you have purchased.

If you do not collect your order, the package will be returned to us or our partner as an unredeemed package. You will then be charged 15-45 Euro or more for all expenses that an uncollected package entails.

Shipping costs may vary but you will see the checkout page for updated delivery prices.

Shipping costs include:

  • – Appropriate packaging (cartons, bubble wrap, internal protection, etc.)
  • – Transport
  • – Insurance
  • – Customs clearance in the country of origin

All our goods leave the warehouse with the packaging in excellent condition.

First you need to check that the number of received packets corresponds to the number of sent. Then inspect each package on the outside and check carefully for signs of bumps, cracks, damaged boxes, postage stamps or other signs that may raise suspicions that the goods are damaged. You must either on paper or digitally sign the bill of lading (PDA) where it says “PACKAGE FOR APPEARANCE BADLY TREATED”, if such signs exist. If you do not sign the package as “APPEARED BADLY” and later show pictures of clear damage to the package, this will lead to the case being rejected automatically.

You must prepare the packaging and make sure that it is in good condition and put all the defective goods in a large cardboard box. Remember that original packaging boxes must be received undamaged, without any stickers or signs of abrasion. Thus, it is necessary that they are packaged in cardboard and sealed well.
  3. However, the warranty does not cover paint defects and abrasion or misuse. We only refund money paid for goods with factory defects, so you must be careful with what already on delivery shows signs of abrasion or bumps. In the event of damage to packaging or stickers, the entire item value will not be refunded. Therefore, it is important that you as a customer to pack the goods that are returned in an extra cardboard box and not wear on the product.
  4. As soon as the goods are received, Xtakes will send to our partner SAT system to analyze each one individually and after confirming what you reported, proceed with compensation or refund, depending on the case. Refunds are made to your bank account. Freight control and return can take a few weeks from the time the goods are received in our partners’ warehouses.

If the product shows clear signs of misuse, unjustified damage or arrives in poor condition;

– If the product is returned without packaging, with damaged packaging or with transport labels that make the packaging unusable, 50% of the value of the item will be deducted; and

– If the product is returned and there are no parts or accessories, or if the description of the damage does not match, the item will not be refunded.

Very important : No refunds are made for goods returned to Xtakes / Xtakes partners and which are not defective or which have incorrect damage descriptions. These will be stored in our partner’s warehouse and you will receive a notification. You will have 7 days, counting from the receipt of the message, to confirm if you want the goods to be sent back to your warehouse after you have paid for the shipping costs. If we do not receive any confirmation or payment within 7 days, the goods will be destroyed in a recycling center. Under no circumstances will Xtakes accept any claim on the goods.

As soon as the goods have been received in our partner’s warehouse and checked, we will proceed with a refund of the corresponding amount to your bank account. Keep in mind that the refund process can take a few weeks until all items have been checked.

Our commitment is to offer our customers the highest quality and best guarantee. All goods have a two-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Damage caused by negligence, shock, improper use, tampering, incorrect voltage or installation, or wear and tear and use are not covered.

– In the case of IT products, the warranty does not cover virus removal, virus recovery or reinstallation of hard disks after formatting.

If any detail on the warranty card or proof of purchase is changed, deleted or replaced; 

– If the product to which the warranty applies or its ID number is tampered with or repaired without first having been approved by the technical support.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

You have the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal in 14 days (from the time you received the delivery) and return the product. We recommend that you always contact Xtakes for returns before returning the product to avoid products being lost. In the event of a canceled purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods: 

  • (a) goods which have been manufactured in accordance with the Customer’s instructions or which have otherwise acquired a clear personal touch;
  • (b) goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, swimwear, in-ear headphones, cosmetic and hygienic products such as make-up and hair care, hair extensions, hair dryers, shavers, electric toothbrushes, scales, heating pads) , foot baths and similar products);
  • (c) a product that can rapidly deteriorate or become obsolete (eg food or medicine);
  • (d) audio or video recordings (such as a CD) or computer programs with a broken seal; or
  • (e) digital content that is delivered in a manner other than on a physical medium (for example, computer programs, applications, games, music, videos or texts accessed by downloading or streaming).
  • (f) Products in good condition and properly delivered goods that have been opened.
